This program is designed for athletes with prior acrobatic sport experience to bring them up to speed with a base introduction to diving specific movements, terminology, and practice structure. Following the Fast Track program, membership in either the Varsity or Team Norco program is the next step.

Fast Track consists of three 1hr Semi-Private Lessons in a variety of dryland and water training and one full team practice with an individualized practice plan - 4 total classes.

Available by invitation only and scheduled individually with the program coach.
