The ROCKY MOUNTAIN SUMMER DIVING LEAGUE (RMSDL) is an 8-week program from June 5th - July 28th. The RMSDL is for divers of all ability levels (introductory to experienced) and is held in an energetic, low-key environment focused on learning the base dive skill fundamentals, introducing competition, and building team unity all within a safe, nurturing, and fun environment.

The RMSDL is the perfect place for athletes of all levels who wish to participate in a program beyond base lessons.

Participants will learn skills from the 1-meter and 3-meter springboards (based upon facility).

Locations and Times: Teams will be based out of three locations and registration is limited to group size and potential pool membership requirements.

Competition: Two Dual Meets and One League Championship Meet (Fridays); Awards provided for places 1-3 for dual and League Championship meets and Certificate of Competition Level provided at League Championship.

Commitment: 8 weeks; 4 practices a week (M-Th), 1.5hr per practice

Equipment Needed: Suit, Towel, Yoga Mat (Team mat available for purchase), Chamois/Quick Dry Towel (Optional)

Cost: $500 (includes practices, meet entries, and team suit) + $4.95 separate processing fee.
